IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ: *** ONLY DEPOSIT DUE NOW: Please note that in order to create a design mock-up and provide a quote, a $25 non-refundable deposit will be required. Deposit will be applied towards your final price quote once mock-up is approved. *** DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDALE: If client chooses not to proceed with booking the services, deposit will cover time investment for consultation, designing the mock-up and generating quote and will not be refunded. We now offer fully customized birthday sessions. Any theme - Any age! Minimum of 2 weeks' notice required before session date for planning. Price "starts" at $450 (includes cake) and varies depending on what is included in the setup from the options below. BASE PACKAGE INCLUDES: • 1 hour studio session for birthday boy/girl. Parents and siblings "not" included • Includes 5" vanilla cake designed to match theme. • 15 retouched "digital" images delivered via copyright-free online gallery • Professional editing included for the 15 photos. Standard turnaround time appx 2 - 3 weeks. • Portraits on setup theme, then cake portraits. 2 outfits encouraged but not required. DECOR OPTIONS AVAILABLE +++ • Customized balloon garland in any colors • Character or design cutouts to match theme • Wood backdrops (painted to match theme) • Vinyl signs / name on backdrop • Props: Florals, lights, accessories, etc. SESSION "DOES NOT" INCLUDE: • Parents and siblings not included • Outfits are not provided • Raw, unedited images are not provided and not available for purchase as they do not represent the final product. • Any photo prints - digitals only ADD ON CHARGES: • Additional retouched/edited images can be purchased separately for $10/ per image. • Rush Editing Fee: If you need photos sooner, cost is $25 per image for express editing to receive within 3 business days. • Twin Session: there is an additional cost of $100 for twin session. Cancellation Policy

Deposit is non-refundable and will not be returned in the event of a cancellation. Custom themes require pre-planning and advance purchase of many props and materials. Cakes are ordered from vendor in advance and cannot be changed. Re-schedules less than 1 week will require additional fee for new cake order. Rescheduling is subject to calendar availability. Deposit is non-refundable and will not be returned in the event session cannot be re-scheduled.
